The learned A.G.P. submits that, though sole respondent is served, none appears for the sole respondent. The Appeal is filed in the year 2012. Though the Appeal is filed in the year 2012 till date Appeal is not registered, as delay is not condoned. After service of notice on respondent, respondent is remained absent. The delay is of 1534 days.

The learned A.G.P. further submits that, this matter can be heard finally at the admission stage. Hence, requested to keep it on 18.10.2022 for final hearing.
