It is evident from the record that this court was pleased to allow First Appeal No. 1490 of 2012 partly under order dated 24.01.2018 and even permitting the appellant/claimant to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation after depositing the same by the acquiring body. 5.

Having regard to the above scenario, the instant application needs to be allowed.
