The prayer is made to direct the office of the respondent No. 2 to decide the change report proceedings within a stipulated time. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in the year 2012 this Court has already passed an order directing the office of the respondent No. 2 to decide change report proceedings expeditiously. In view of that, no purpose would be served by passing same order.

The petitioner shall take such other steps as permissible in

2 wp 13417.17 law for expeditious disposal of the change report proceedings. 3.

With regard to prayer to appoint administrator, it is submitted that, as far as educational wing of the trust is concerned, administrator is already appointed and in respect of other wings prayer is made to appoint the administrator. The petitioner shall move to the appropriate authority/forum for the said purpose.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
