Heard. This application is for withdrawal of amount of costs deposited by the petitioner. Though the Court had directed to pay costs of Rs.50,000/- for not filing reply within time, subsequently said amount of costs is reduced to Rs.5000/-. Present applicant, however, under wrong impression deposited Rs.50,000/-, as initially expressed by the Court in the order. 02.

Learned Advocate Mr. Langhe appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 3 to 7. 03.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Office to allow the petitioner to withdraw amount of Rs.45,000/- out of Rs.50,000/- deposited in this Court pursuant to order dated 21.04.2022. 04.

The civil application stands disposed off.
