This application is filed by the original informant seeking intervention. It is stated that now there is a compromise between the parties at the intervention of elderly persons in the village. The applicant/original complainant states that now she is married and she is residing with her husband. She wants to live peacefully. There are counter cases against each other. Also there is prosecution where the present respondents are held guilty in a counter case lodged against father of the informant. It is decided to put an end to all the cases after compromise is recorded in this case.

The intervention application is allowed only for the purpose of taking compromise on record.
