It is an application moved by the legal heirs of the original claimants to bring them on record. In fact, the appellant is Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani, which ought to have moved this application. However, the legal heirs of the original claimants seem to have moved this application.

Mr Navandar, learned counsel for the respondent sole has no objection since appeal is against the enhancement of compensation. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application so as to bring on record the legal heirs of the original claimants coupled with prayer for condonation of delay needs to be allowed in the interest of justice.

ORDER

(I) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).

(II) The appellant to make necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo.
