The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "(B) The order passed by the respondent no.2, in File No. LR/Hadola-CR-4 on 18.4.2011 in relation to land Gut No. 624 of Mauje Chikalthana, Aurangabad, be quashed and set aside and post facto sanction be accorded to the transaction dated 29.3.2010.
(C) By issuing an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order or direction in the like nature, the respondent No.3 be directed to place the appeal filed by the petitioner and Eknath Bhagaji Magar on 6.2.2013, challenging the order passed by the respondent No.2 on 18.4.2011, before the respondent No.1 for hearing and the respondent No.1 be directed to hear and dispose the appeal, immediately." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the concerned authority is directed to consider and decided the appeal of the petitioner within a time bound manner, since it is pending since long. 1 / 2

It is submitted by learned A.G.P. that he has instructions that file of the proceeding has been traced out and the concerned authority will decide the same as per law.

In view of above, since the appeal is lying before Respondent No.1 since 2013, we allow the petition in terms of prayer clause (C).
