Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that after assaulting the injured, they abused them and beat with kicks and blows. There are no allegations of use of weapon. The chargesheet has been filed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. Applicant No.1 is 22 years old boy. All the family members have been arrested. In view of that matter, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicants behind bars. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

(2) Laximibai w/o. Bhausaheb Dalvi, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.25,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.528 of 2022 registered with Police Station M.I.D.C. Waluj, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 294, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
