The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions submits that he is not pressing the other prayers and informs us that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint dated 22.03.2022 forwarded by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) Aurangabad to the District Supply Officer Hingoli dated 13.07.2022 is decided by the latter. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the District Supply Office would be duty bound to consider the complaint. However, it is uncertain if the complaint of the petitioner would be traceable at the office. 4.

We direct the District Supply Officer Hingoli-respondent No. 3 to decide the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2022 received by his office from the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) Aurangabad. If the copy is not 1/2
