Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.248 of 2024 registered with Aurad Shajani Police Station, Tq.Nilanga, Dist. Latur, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.
It has been alleged against them that they along with other co-accused assaulted the injured as the quarrel took place for constructing a platform for Moharam. The applicants had assaulted the injured with stone and sticks. The weapons used in the crime have been seized. The injured have also been discharged. There are no antecedents to their discredit. The material investigation against them is completed. They are languishing in jail since July, 2024. In the facts and circumstances of the case and completion of the material investigation against them, it would be inappropriate to keep them

O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant No.1 - Manu @ Mainoddin Rasul Saudawale and Applicant No.2 - Chunnu @ Shaukatali Babu @ Jahiroddin Daroga be released on bail in above crime for the aforesaid offences, on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount by each of them, on the following conditions : (a) They should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They should not enter the village Tambda, Tq. Nilanga, for two months from the date of their release. (c) In the meantime, they should attend the police station, if the Investigating Officer called them for interrogation on written notice till filing chargesheet.
