In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount in deposit; 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 20% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security/surety or bank guarantee, with a condition that the amount shall be paid back, if so directed, along with interest at the
