4.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) In all these Civil Applications, interim relief is granted and execution of the Award is stayed subject to the applicant, depositing the entire awarded compensation amount in this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today.

( 2 ) 943-CA 6216 of 2015 & ors.

2) It is made clear that in case of failure of the applicant to deposit the amount of compensation within eight weeks from today, this interim relief shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court. Once the amount is deposited, the Registry to invest the same in any Nationalized Bank as per the usual procedure. This shall be without prejudice to the rights of the respondents/claimants to apply for withdrawal of the amount. If such application is made, the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3) The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
