Learned counsel for petitioners states that the houses of the petitioners are situated near the canal going through the village Mahindale. The authorities have carried out measurement. The petitioners have apprehension that they would be removed without following procedure of law.

The learned A.G.P. states that if action is to be taken, the procedure of law will be adhered. If the Respondents take some action, it necessarily has to be resorted in observance of due procedure of law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
