Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for condonation of the delay of 738 days in fling appeal.

Respondent No. 1 though served through Paper Publication none appears for her.

It is alleged in the application that delay is procedural. The delay was caused sanction from the Higher Authority in preferring appeal was not received in time. The delay is not intentional. 5.

In view of this, the delay is condoned subject to depositing of the entire amount of compensation by the applicant within a period

ca264.18 of 12 weeks, if not already deposited.
