In both these Civil Applications, the respondents are served. The first Civil Application No.12222/2017 is the request to add the grounds to the Review Application. The second Civil Application No.12223/2017 is for seeking condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the Review Application.

For the reasons set out, both the Civil Applications are allowed. Since the delay is meager, I am imposing costs of Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred) to be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar
