This petition can be disposed of in view of the assurances of the petitioner as well as respondent No.4. The petitioner assures to file application seeking execution of the award within a period of four weeks from today. On presentation of the execution application, the petitioner shall give intimation to respondent No.4 together with copy execution application and on receipt of such intimation, the respondent No.4 assures to deposit the amount with the Executing Court.
