By this application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the petitioner-wife seeks transfer of proceedings Petition No.A-61 from Family Court, Kolhapur to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner is custodian of a minor child. Considering long distance between Kolhapur and Ahmednagar, to avoid
