The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared for March 2019 H.S.C. examination. The result of the petitioner was declared. Marks memo was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner thereafter appeared for improvement examination in the month of July 2019. The petitioner was given the online marks memo of the improvement examination held in July 2019, but the petitioner was not given the marks memo of the improvement examination in the physical form.

The petitioner approached the Board, but the request of the petitioner was negatived.

The learned Advocate for the S.S.C. and H.S.C. Board submits that the petitioner has to surrender the original marks memo of examination and that has to be within six months of the examination held. The petitioner, for more than a year did not apply for the marks memo of the improvement examination.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that petitioner has surrendered the original marks memo received from the Board of March 2019 examination.

In case the Board has received the original marks memo of the examination held in March 2019, then the respondents shall issue the marks memo of the examination conducted in July 2019 to the petitioner. We are condoning the act of respondents in not issuing the original marks memo of March 2019 considering that subsequently, there was COVID-19 pandemic. 6.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner does not intend to rely upon the marks memo of March 2019 and she would be referring to the improvement examination marks memo only. 7.
With these observations and directions, Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
