Heard Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned Counsel for the applicants at length.

After considering the submissions, since this Court was not inclined to entertain the

179.14cra (2) revision, Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, tender oral undertaking that the present applicants-tenants shall vacate the suit premises by 31st January, 2018 and shall hand over the vacant possession to the respondent-landlord.

Since the oral undertaking is made to the Court, upon instructions from the applicants, same is accepted.

Civil Revision Application is dismissed.
