Heard learned counsel for the applicant. None present for the respondent though copy of this civil application is served on him. No reply is filed. In view of order passed by this court on 8.6.2017, the respondent original writ petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.64500/- in this court. The said amount is against the maintenance awarded by the trial court to the present applicant, who is minor son of the respondent 2.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
