ORAL ORDER :

Considering the prayers made in the Writ Petition, it does appear that the petition is in the nature of Public interest Litigation since the petitioner has no personal interest in the matter. The employee whose appointment is questioned is also not impleaded as party respondent in the Writ Petition. If the petitioner opts to prosecute the matter, he may take steps for

W.P. St. No.27576/2015 conversion of the Writ Petition into Public Interest Litigation. 2.

If the petitioner decides to prosecute the Public Interest Litigation, he shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) in this Court in order to show his bonafides. 3.

Necessary steps be taken including deposit of amount by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure of the petitioner to deposit the amount as directed above, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
