Mr.Manale, learned Advocate appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr.Rodge, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after this petition was filed on 03/09/2016, the order at issue has been complied with by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the proposal of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Education Officer on 13/10/2016 for decision in the light of paragraph No.16 of the order of this Court dated 05/04/2016.

Considering the statement of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this contempt petition does not survive. The notice issued under the Contempt of Courts Act stands purged as against respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and this petition stands disposed of. khs/OCT.2016/638-d

Since the proposal has been forwarded to the Education Officer on 13/10/2016 after the filing of this petition, I am not dealing with the said issue in this petition.
