Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the entire amount has been deposited in this Court and then the applicant had filed Criminal Application No.236 of 2022 before the Division Bench of this Court for quashing the First Information Report vide Crime No.145 of 2021 registered with Police Station, Parali, District-Beed for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He has made available the

copy of the decision by the Division Bench of this Court dated 17th March 2022 whereby the said Application was allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". That means the First Information Report itself has been quashed and set aside in view of the settlement that was arrived at between the informant and the applicant. Under such circumstance, present Application for anticipatory bail deserves to be disposed of in view of decision in Criminal Application No.236 of 2022 dated 17th March 2022. 2.

The Hon'ble Division Bench (CORAM: V.K. JADHAV AND SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, JJ.) has observed, from the contents of the consent terms, that the present applicant has given no objection for the withdrawal of the amount by present respondent No.2 i.e. informant. It is to be noted that the applicant has deposited amount of Rs.36,00,000/- on 21st February 2022, Rs.10,00,000/- on 11th March 2022 and Rs.19,92,000/- on 17th March 2022. In view of the settlement and also today the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant is making statement that the applicant has no objection if respondent No.2 is allowed to withdraw the above said amount which has been deposited in this Court.

The Application, therefore, stands disposed of as above said and respondent No.2 is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by the applicant on 21st February 2022, 11th March 2022 and 17th March 2022.
