Heard Mr. Upadhye, learned counsel for applicant. 2.

He submits that only the issue of quantum of compensation is involved in this appeal. He points out that inadvertently, printing charges are remained to be paid and therefore, the appeal came to be dismissed for non-prosecution. He submits that if the appeal is restored, he is ready to argue the main appeal itself since, it is only on the issue of quantum.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid statement, order dated 10.09.2013 made by Registrar (Judl) is hereby recalled. Appeal is restored. Civil application stands disposed of. ( M.S. SONAK, J.) dyb
