The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that, in spite of the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education on 29/9/2021, the Respondent No.4 Superintendent of pay Unit, Zilla Parishd has not given the effect to the same. If this is a correct position, it is a matter of administrative discipline. We direct the Respondent No.4 Deputy Director of Education to examine this grievance of the Petitioner, call for explanation from Respondent No.4 and issue

W.P. No.10117/2024 fmp necessary directions after examining the same and ensure that the order is complied with.
