Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "B) This Hon'ble Court by way of writ or order or directions in the like nature, be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 Dy. Director of Education to decide pending proposal dt. 24.10.2024 for inclusion of name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and submits that respondent No.4 has already forwarded the proposal for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth

wp-12281.25 Pranali by letter dated 25th November 2024. He produced the copy of the said communication, which is taken on record by marking "X". According to the learned AGP, the said proposal is now pending before respondent No.3.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal dated 24th October 2024 for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali, within a period of one month from today.
