This petition is filed seeking appropriate directions to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to consider and decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to Rajput Bhamta Vimukti Jati, at the earliest.

Learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Considering the limited direction we propose to issue in the writ petition, service upon respondent Nos.3 and 4 is dispensed with. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, there is serious urgency in the matter, as the last date for the petitioner to submit validity certificate before the concerned Educational Institution is 30.08.2025.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, makes a statement that the hearing of the case has been concluded before the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee and only the order is awaited.

Considering the extreme urgency in the matter, we direct the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to pass the final order in the petitioner's tribe claim on or before 29.08.2025. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
