It is being pointed out that a recommendation of the District Social Welfare Officer has already been forwarded to respondent no. 2-Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, dated 07.10.2022 (Exh. G) 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal (Exh. G ), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, if it has not already been taken/decided.
