We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

It is submitted that execution is pending, even warrant of attachment was issued, however, the matter has not proceeded further.

When the execution is already filed and the warrant of attachment is issued the petitioner may

2 wp 7190.18 take further steps for recovery of the amount. The respondents shall also if the execution is not stayed deposit the amount as per the award of the Reference Court.

The learned executing Court shall deal with the execution expeditiously.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
