Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the application.

It has been submitted that applicants were intending to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal Aurangabad in MACP No 218 of 2014. There were some office objections notified by the Office. The applicants could not remove the same within stipulated period. Accordingly, registration of the proceedings came to be refused.

The present application is moved for restoration of civil application for delay condonation and first appeal by setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The learned counsel further submits that he will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of restoration of the matters to its original position.

In view of aforesaid submission and nature of the proceedings, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The impugned order passed by the Registrar stands set aside. The proceedings of civil application for condonation of delay and first appeal be restored to its original stage. It is stipulated that applicants shall remove the office objections within
2 920 CA-8033-18 a period of two weeks from the date of restoration of the matters to its original position. Failure to which, present order stands vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.
