The record indicates, the petitioners have lodged the complaint/so called FIR with the concerned Police Station. The PSO appears to have not responded thereto.

The Police Station Officer shall inform the petitioners his response thereto within a period of two weeks. Needless to mention, if the concerned Officer refuses to register FIR, the petitioners have their remedy under section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. 3.

The amount deposited by the petitioners be paid back to petitioner no.1 - Vasant Shrimant More immediately. 4.
