The petitioner is seeking temporary bail for his wife who is in prison suffering a sentence on the ground of her medical condition and in the alternative he is praying for a decision by the prison authority on his representation dated 25.07.2022.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Superintendent of Prison, Yerawada Central Prison, Pune to whom the representation is made on 25.07.2022 (Exhibit-C) to decide it as early as possible and in any event within two weeks.
