Present application seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited by the original writ petitioner pursuant to the orders of this Court. The said deposit of amount according to the learned counsel for the applicants is towards the late fees. 2.

It would be in nobody's interest to keep the amount idle. Today the amount is lying in the Court. If some orders are passed, it will not be difficult to recover the amount from the applicants also.

In the light of the above and without prejudice to rights of either of the parties, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10,040/- deposited in this Court pursuant to order dated 05.05.2016.
