The petitioner's Tractor No. MH-20-AS-1944 is said to have been seized on account of having misused the said vehicle. The Tahsildar has already passed an order and penalty has been imposed. The petitioner has a remedy of preferring an appeal, wherein all contentions can be considered by the Revenue Authority, including the imposition of fine amount and release of vehicle. 2.

The appeal has already been filed by the petitioner. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the appeal would be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 30.11.2022. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

We permit the petitioner to tender an application for release of the vehicle. Respondent No.3 authority would consider all grounds raised by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, on or before 30.11.2022.
