Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant. None present for the respondents. Perused the contents of the application.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company before the learned trial court. Looking to the contents in the application as well as grounds for appeal, I am of the opinion, at this stage at least 50 % amount of compensation can be paid to the applicant.

Civil application is allowed.

4.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 % amount 1/2
