PER COURT :- The learned Advocate for the petitioner is not connected on-line. The learned Prosecutor submits that the prayer put-forth by the petitioner in this petition is only to the extent of seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to initiate action against the accused on the basis of the complaints dated 23.10.2020 and 18.12.2020 and register an FIR. He submits on instructions from the Investigating Officer that Crime No.16/2021 has been registered on 25.1.2021 on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner with Ambejogai Gramin Police Station.

The communication received by the learned Prosecutor from the Investigating Officer, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is worked out and is, therefore, disposed off.
