Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. 2.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.3, who died on 30.3.2021. Death certificate issued by Municipal Council, Shirur Kasar is annexed alongwith the application.

Although notice of this application is served upon proposed L.Rs. of respondent no.3, they failed to cause appearance. Applicants have explained that 784 days delay caused in filing this application is due to their unawareness about death of respondent no.3. Immediately, after getting knowledge present application is filed. Contents of application are not controverted by respondent. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B and C' and disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
