1. Mr. Murkute, the learned counsel submits that the provisional voters list was published on 1st December, 2020. The petitioner, on or about 4th December, 2020 and 7th December, 2020 raised objection to the provisional voters list contending that names of the voters of Ward No.1 are wrongly recorded in Ward No.3 and Voters of Ward No.2 are wrongly shown in Ward No.3. Even the Circle officer conducted an enquiry and submitted its report substantiating the objection of the petitioner, still the final voters list was published ignoring the objection of the petitioner. The same would materially affect the result of the election. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, and 3 to 5. Mr. Kadethankar, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.2. 3.

It would be too late in the day now to consider the objection to the voters list, more particularly when final voters list has been published on 10th December, 2020. Last date of filling nomination was 30th December, 2020 and the petition is filed on 30th of December, 2020.

All the stages and the process of election are completed. Moreover, the persons who would be affected by the orders passed are not parties to the present writ petition.
