The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2014. According to the learned counsel, even vigilance is not conducted as yet. 2.

This Court under order dated 01st September, 2017 had already directed the university to declare result and permit the petitioner to secure admission to the next year if found eligible. 3.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the

2 wp 10771.17 validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and considering the fact that, it is pending since 2014, decide it within a period of seven (07) months from today. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21st November, 2017. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible and there is no other impediment, then pending the final decision in the validation proceedings, the petitioner shall be allowed to appear in the examination. The respondent/university and college may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered in the validation proceedings.
