The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners would restrict the petition to the extent of directions to the Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal sent by the management for modification of the approval order.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4.

In case, proposal filed by the management for modification of the approval order is pending with Deputy Director of Education (Page No.34), then the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
