Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner of 3rd year second semester MBBS examination is withheld.

The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that vigilance has also been conducted. In light of that, we pass the following order: 3.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 9th September 2019 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of third year second semester of MBBS examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the decision that will be taken by the Committee.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
