Both these civil applications have been filed within limitation. The writ petitions were dismissed in default as the petitioner did not remove office objections.

The learned Advocates for the respondents oppose the applications.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, both these civil applications are allowed, subject to the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petitions shall be removed on or before 25/11/2021, failing which, the order of dismissal shall be sustained;

(b) If the above directions are complied with, the writ petitions shall stand restored at the stage, at which they were dismissed and shall be listed on 29/11/2021 in the 'urgent admissions/hearing' category.
