Heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that respondent nos. 2 and 3 would appoint the petitioner on unaided clerical post, within a period of three months and as and when vacancy would arise in aided post, the petitioner would be accommodated on the aided post in clerical cadre.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is qualified to be appointed as a Librarian and the said post is vacant.

Mr. Talhar, learned counsel submits that he has no instructions as to whether the post of Librarian is vacant.

The respondents may consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Librarian, if vacancy is available.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
