The petitioner herein has sought direction against the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to conduct proper and fair investigation in Crime No. 0452 of 2019 registered with Rahuri Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal code and to submit the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. 2.

Learned APP for the State states that investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed before the J.M.F.C., Rahuri and the case has been registered as R.C.C. No. 323 of 2022. 3.

In the light of said statement, the grievance stands redressed. Petition stands disposed of.
