It is contended by the applicants that the applicants are jobless and they do not have any other source of income. It is submitted that the delay caused is only because of the financial condition and that it is not deliberate.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay of 99 days in filing the first appeal is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
