This writ petition is filed against the order passed by the learned CJJD, Georai dated 10-07-2019 in RCS No. 425/2010.

The learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 8 to 14 has placed on record the certified copy of the order dated 2609-2019 passed by the learned CJJD in the said suit dismissing the suit for want of prosecution. He thus submits that the petition, thus, has become infructuous.
