Instant petition relates to religious structure which are put in category 'A' and as such, there does not appear to be any apprehension of adverse action. 2.

In view of statement made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, no interference is called for in the instant petition sine there is no apprehension of any adverse action. Writ petition stands rejected.
