This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 24.09.2025, moved by learned counsel for the applicant. 3.

It seems that vide said order, this court permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that although such withdrawal was together with accrued interest thereon, said portion has not been reflected in the order.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // CA.10132.2025 4.

In view of the above, in clause (b) of the operative order dated 24.09.2025, the sentence "Such withdrawal shall be together with interest accrued thereon" be added. Corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
