The review applicant seeks review of the judgment of this Court dated 29-06-2021 passed in Writ Petition No.319-2020, thereby dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner. The grounds which were raised in the writ petition and argued by the petitioner, are considered by this Court while dismissing the writ petition. The same grounds are again raised by the applicant/petitioner in the present review application.

All the grounds raised by the review applicant were considered and dealt with on merits by this Court while dismissing the writ petition.
