P.C. :- Learned AGP submits that now award is passed. Affidavit to that effect is also filed that final award has been passed on 24.11.2023. It has also been sanctioned by the Collector Jalna. Now, a demand has been raised. Copy of the demand dated 1.1.2024 has been filed. Now, Mr. Prabhakar Munde, Nayab Tahsildar,Sub Divisional Officer, Ambed, is present in the Court. Upon his instructions, AGP submits that it will take at least two month's time to get the amount and disburse it to the petitioners.
